Walmart 01/11/10

I stopped by Walmart for the Sea Pak Shrimp Poppers. They were $1.67 each but there were $1 peelies on the Salmon bites for $1 off any Sea Pak item ($1 printable here). I bought 4 at $0.67 each. (Thanks Sherma!) . They raised the price of these by $0.35 since last I bought them. I got a buddies soap and ofcourse a couple of the $0.68 steaks!

The more I shop at Krogers, the less appealing Walmart becomes! I always thought Kroger was a bit expensive but I have found with the ecoupons and doubled manufacturer coupons on top of those, I am saving bundles and get much more than I do at Walmart!

I know what you must be thinking. Does this lady ever get anything done besides shopping? The past couple of weeks are not normal for me and I do most of this while on the clock at work. I HAD to make a Walmart trip today because I had a few freebie coupons that expired today and that would just be shameful! If it was a long drive, I would have to skip the trip but this extra trip was only 4 miles and I saved the most I have ever saved at Walmart! Well worth going out on my day off!

3 Bic Silky Touch (10pk.) $2.94. Used (3) $2 off Bic Shavers from insert. Total $0.94 each. I had alot of these coupons b/c this was the week my dad's obit was in. I bought everyone a paper and kept the Q's.

Total before coupons. $95.23 (people really pay this? good grief!) after coupon total $21.13. I have to say, percentage wise I think I beat myself from last weeks total.

This week I made 4 trips to Kroger and 1 to Walmart. Total merchandise $182.56. Total spent after coupons and catalinas $46.12 and these were just my "grocery trips".

Walmart 03/24/10

I stopped by WMart to kill a little time this morning. I bought:

22 Reeses Dark Choc. Peanut Butter Cups on rollback for $0.50 each. Used (22) $0.55 off Reeses Dark Choc. from insert.

5 Old Spice Body Wash (trial size 1.7 oz.) $0.97 each. Used $1 off Old Spice BW 1.7 oz or higher from P&G insert.

*I set out some coupons to combine with the Old Spice BW but lost them?? Maybe Dee will be on and can share the deal scenario, as I forgot. I know it combines this coupon with a Gillette coupon or maybe it doesn't...LOL

Overage was applied from the Reeses and BW coupons and I paid $1.51 OOP!!!
