CVS 3/25/09

I absolutely have to get batteries for my camera! Uggg this pic looks horrible, not to mention I am not technologically advanced enough to turn off the time/date stamp!
I splurged a bit today at my 2 favorite places. CVS & Kroger. Nothing like a $2 splurge for a little pick me up!
1st transaction:
1 Crest Prohealth Enamel $3.49, Get $3.49 in ECBs. Used $1 off coupon from P&G insert. Total $1 profit after ECBs.
2 Glade Aerosols $1.89 Buy 2, Get $1 ECB. Used BOGO free Q from insert. Total $0.50 each. There were some $1 off 1 Q's in the inserts but I didn't have those. If you do, free glade after ECB, when you use 2 coupons.
1 Kotex Lightdays Longs (48 ct.) $3.99, GET $2 ECBs. Used $1 off from insert. Total $0.99 after ECBs.
1 CVS Cupholder Wet Wipes. $0.99. Used $1 off CVS Skin care coupon from February Beauty Mag. Total Free
1 Elmers Paintastic Paint Brushes clearanced at $3.
1 Quick Peal Letters (300 ct.) clearanced $2.50
Used $5.99 in last weeks ECBs and paid $8.57 OOP and received $2 ECBs, $3.49 ECBs, $1 ECBs,
$2 CRT on Essence Skin Care, $2 CRT on Zantac, $2 CRT on Nyquil.
2nd transaction:
3 Blade Shampoo/Conditioner 3/$10, Get $3 ECBs. Used (3) $1 off any Blade, CVS Q. Total $4 after ECBs.
1 Crest Prohealth Enamel $3.49, Get $3.49 ECBs. Used $0.75 off from P&G insert. Total profit $0.75 after ECBs.
1 Kotex lightdays Liners (60 ct.) $3.99, Get $2 ECBs. Used $0.75 off from insert. Total $0.25
1 CVS Baby Wipes $0.99. Used $1 off CVS skin care from February Beauty Mag. Total Free
1 Huggies Natural Care Wipes $3.49. Used $3 off printable (gone). Total $0.49
I got into a little coupon discussion w/ the mgr. and I knew Target allowed this but just found out so does CVS. You can use a CVS coupon AND a mfr. coupon on the same item, even the ECB coupons for specific items. Example: You have a CRT (cash register tape) coupon that printed at the bottom of your receipt for $2 off any Revlon cosmetic. You can ALSO use a $2 off insert coupon for the same item! Sweet, she made my day a little brighter.
