My son has no problems in accepting those who are different from him. We're used to it! :-)Evil Twin's Wifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05947080160500549248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9062451942054367069.post-33146601830250182182009-10-22T21:44:07.982-04:002009-10-22T21:44:07.982-04:00Thanks for commenting ladies.

I would skewer your cat on a Kabob anyday!...LOL

Kit,
You hit on the post I am gonna do tomorrow about the H1N1 vaccine. It is very important but I did not have the energy tonight to give it the attention it deserves. Please come back!

I cannot speak for the organization I work for, as a whole but I can tell you it is a very dangerous vaccine for all involved and my son WILL NOT be getting one. This comes mainly from my knowledge of what flu vaccines contain but also from "insider" information given to our family, as my man works in a hospital and that cemented my steadfastness on Evan not getting one.

I have some very useful and informative links I will share tomorrow evening.TriState Saverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14930051764942004985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9062451942054367069.post-69416844208206278762009-10-22T21:09:36.383-04:002009-10-22T21:09:36.383-04:00Hi TriState,

It's like a primal fear that may have been useful throughout human history when epidemics swept through areas and their neighbors suddenly 'looked funny', ie breaking out with leprosy, plague, polio, etc.

We're in an era now, however, where even a 5th grader knows a handicapped or retarded person is no physical threat. Still, that urge to avoid continues with many folks. It may also be tied into the fear of becoming disabled, as though that's contagious. If anything, we need to worry about the foods we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe.

BTW, since you work at an autistic center, what's the opinion there of the mercury-containing swine flu vaccine?

That chemical is strongly linked to autism, according to quite a few advocates in that field. I shuddered when I heard the recommendations for pregnant women to get not one, but two shots of it.Kit (Keep It Trill)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03027769872237001801noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9062451942054367069.post-37472751377796899642009-10-22T19:36:53.597-04:002009-10-22T19:36:53.597-04:00Great post!
